General Ramblings

I finally broke my Apple embargo.

First off I don’t hate Apple, I just don’t like someone else approving of how and what I use my devices for. I also don’t like paying more for something just because it has a logo on it. So I have been one of the few photographers that has not owned an apple product. I…

Why did the turkey cross the road?

To get away from the freak with the camera of course! No one believes me when I tell them there are turkeys that live in my neighborhood. So this morning when I heard the gobble gobble outside, I grabbed my D300s and snapped a couple of pictures. Moose Peterson I am not. (I did get…

Captured by the Light

Last night I attended David Ziser’s Captured by the Light tour in Sacramento. I got there at 5pm and left just after 11pm. I was going to blog when I got home, but I was a little tired at 1:30. I have always loved David’s work. I try to attend every class I can that…

New Website

I went to a workshop on Saturday and once again it was expressed how important it is to blog. So I woke up early on Sunday (4a.m.)  and decided to setup a blog on my site. This is not hard to do, but it turned into an all day affair for me. After playing with…
