How much do you charge?
Our full wedding packages start at $2000. We have a package to fit most budgets. We also offer customized packages. Tell us more about your wedding and what you are looking for. Use our convenient online inquiry form and we’ll follow-up with you promptly!
How much time is included in your packages?
Most of our packages include all day service. Meaning as long as there are pictures to take, we will be there taking them. We do offer 2 packages with 6 and 8 hours for brides on a tight budget.
I notice you are a husband and wife team, do you charge for two photographers?
No, our fee’s include both of us. Angie will do some shooting, but more of the time she will be assisting me. You can add our dedicated second shooter for an additional fee.
Who is your second shooter?
We have several we use, one is Allen’s good friend from the central valley. But most of the time it is our oldest daughter Jessica. She is 26 and a school teacher in Modesto. She shares our passion for photography. She has taken many photography classes and has a lot of field experience with us.
I notice all your packages include an album, what if I don’t want one?
It is my deepest belief that all brides deserve some physical reminder of the blood, sweat and tears put into their wedding day. Most brides try to cut the album to save money. That is why we offer the less expensive albums. If you really don’t want an album you can talk to Allen about it, but he will most likely talk you into keeping at least the basic album.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, a copy of our insurance will be included in your welcome package.
How many people will be covering my wedding?
At least 2. Depending on your package it can be as many as 5.
We have specific shots we want. Will we meet the photographer to go over these?
When we meet to sign the contract, you will be meeting with your photographer. You should be specifc about what you want before you sign the contract. We give you a sample shot list and we can go over it in detail or you can send it back to us before your wedding day.
How will your team be dressed?
We will dress as your guests would. If you are doing a formal wedding, we will wear suit’s and formal gowns. If you are having a theme wedding, we will dress in theme. A black tie wedding? We will be in tuxedo’s. As part of your pre-meeting questionnaire we ask what the attire of your wedding is. Our goal is to not stick out like a sore thumb on your wedding day.
How long before we receive our images?
Within 4 weeks of your wedding. Normally online proofs the next week and prints the week after. We will schedule a time to sit down after your wedding usually the week you get back from your honeymoon and review your pictures then. Albums take a lot longer.
Can I have other people with me when we meet?
Absolutely, just let us know how many so we can plan accordingly. When we meet to go over your images, we suggest you make that a large group.. Be aware, Allen photographed children for years so if you bring a child he will probably break out a camera and start shooting.
When is may date reserved?
When we receive your deposit.
What if something changes?
Call us as soon as you can so we can adjust. This includes a venue change, vendor change, time change, ect. We will call you two weeks prior to reconfirm everything.
